Our team was responsible for developing a comprehensive media strategy, including selecting broadcast and media channels, securing sponsorships, and establishing the team's brand identity with a logo, mascot, and promotional materials. Additionally, we created weekly game notes that covered team performance, upcoming match details, and promotional initiatives to enhance fan engagement. This project strengthened my skills in sports marketing, media planning, sponsorship strategy, and content development within a professional sports context.
